Scope of Service
NextTool provides SEO, traffic simulation, scraping and automation bots via subscription or package models. Server, proxy and cookie infrastructure included per package. Enterprise clients receive custom SLA and API integration options.

User Obligations
- Users are responsible for account credential confidentiality.
- Services must be used in compliance with applicable laws.
- Abuse, unauthorized access or harm attempts may result in account termination.

Payment & Cancellation
Payments via USDT or approved manual methods. Service may be suspended after subscription expiry. Enterprise contracts use monthly/annual billing. Refund policy applies as stated at purchase.

Limitation of Liability
NextTool is not liable for outcomes caused by third-party platform policy changes. Service provided "as is"; reasonable effort toward uptime targets.
